Are you interested in working at Rose Promotions? We're currently hiring part time retail associates. You must be 16 years of age and hold a driver's license and be able to work at least 3 days a week and two Saturday's a month. The hours are 3-15/hrs. a week with the time being Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm and Saturdays 8:45am-12pm.

Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) Job Description

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The Retail Associate is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require. The Associate may be requested to perform additional tasks in specific situations if the performance of these tasks helps achieve our customer service and operational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer experience.
• Show energy, knowledge, dedication, and commitment for the products and activities we support.
• Recommends items for sale to customer and recommends companion items.
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation.
• Comfort with cash-handling, closing registers at the end of the day with a high level of accuracy. Records customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash, and distributes change as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the store and restrooms.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Retail Cashier, Retail Sales or cash-handling experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for interacting with the public.
• Required to work at least 2 Saturday’s a month; 8:45am-12pm.
• Must be available 3 days a week 3pm-6pm.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 16 years of age with a driver’s license.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 15 per week
